How It Works:

Member pharmacies place their orders on BidGenerics.com server.

You the supplier place competitive offers for any or all drugs listed on the BidGenerics.com database.

BidGenerics.com matches your "offers to sell" with the pharmacies’ orders.

Those offers are accepted based on the criteria set by the ordering pharmacies and the extent to which those criteria are met by suppliers "offers to sell".

Those criteria are: manufacturer and price.

You have the ability to enter the manufacturer for each drug you enter a price or "offer-to-sell". This is optional but you are encouraged to do so. Doing so could mean more business for you.

Example: If 5 stores have specified manufacturer XYZ for a particular drug on their bid order and only 2 suppliers provide this drug manufactured by XYZ and have entered that manufacturer on their "offer-to-sell" then the drug will be awarded first to those two suppliers. Then the supplier with the lowest price of those two suppliers will be awarded the order for that drug.
